These prices are for the Cube model only. Base pricing includes the standard structure and finish package listed below. Delivery and installation are quoted separately based on your location in Ontario and access to your site.
For storage sheds in Ontario, structures up to 15 m² / 161 sq ft are generally permit-exempt when they are detached, one storey, have no plumbing, and are used only for storage. Municipal zoning and local by-laws still apply. This matches the same permit framing already used on the live Essential and Advanced pages.
The Cube is not a different structural category of shed. It is the same built-right standard in a more design-led form. The pricing reflects that cleaner front elevation, the cube roof treatment, and the included entry package, while still keeping the shed practical and storage-focused.
