Which Ontario cities do you serve?
We regularly install across southwestern Ontario (including London, Kitchener, Guelph, and Sarnia), the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham), cottage country (Muskoka), and Ottawa. We've also completed projects in Sudbury, Niagara, and other locations across Ontario on a case-by-case basis.
Do you charge a delivery or travel fee?
Delivery is included in the quote for projects within our regular service areas. For locations outside those regions, we'll discuss travel logistics and any additional costs upfront before you commit.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Most BES sheds and studios are prefabricated in our shop and delivered, then installed on your site in a single day. Lead time from order confirmation to install is typically 3 to 10 weeks, depending on the season and project complexity.
Do you work in winter?
Yes, we operate year-round. Some weather conditions (heavy snow, deep freezes, ice) can delay installations, so we'll work with you to choose a suitable installation date. Winter is often a quieter season for us, so turnaround times can be faster.
What sizes do you build?
Our standard sheds range from 4x4 storage sheds up to 16x10 footprints (160 sq ft, the threshold below which most Ontario municipalities don't require a permit). For larger builds, we handle engineered drawings and permits.
